SIDHARTH SWARUP

Chief Executive Officer

SIDHARTH SWARUP – Joint MD

Sidharth is a graduate of the Doon School and St. Stephen’s college in mathematics. He co-founded ISHIR, a full scale software services business in 2000 and moved his full attention to Ingenuity Gaming in 2012, a business focused on the gaming industry.

Currently he is the Chief Executive Officer at Ingenuity Gaming. Sidharth’s responsibilities range from setting overall corporate strategy, corporate culture, business development and setting and execution of long-term goals of the business. He possesses strong management skills that develop leadership, promotes creativity, openness and superior culture in the organization.

He has led Ingenuity to be the leading service provider in the global Land-based and online/mobile gambling industry, helping some of the largest companies with IP Creation, Game Development, Testing for regulated markets and in addition setting up managed teams in India to help with their technical needs. Sidharth is an avid reader, TEDx speaker, takes health and wellness seriously, loves deep philosophical conversations and equally loves to dedicate time for his 3 children over his large library of board games.

He also serves on the board of advisors for Swarup Vegetable Products, Media Run Search, Carmichael holdings and is a member of YPO.

ANANT SWARUP

MD & Chief Commercial Officer

ANANT SWARUP – Joint MD

In 2005, Anant founded Media Run Digital in London, a venture he successfully managed for a decade until its merger with the Big Group in 2014. Media Run excelled in premium customer acquisition, particularly in the Retail and Property sectors.

Upon joining Ingenuity in 2014, Anant assumed the responsibility of scaling up the business, ensuring top-notch customer service, and facilitating global delivery.

As a leader, he spearheads the growth of operations, emphasizing the preservation of the company’s culture and the deepening of domain knowledge and expertise.

An avid reader and a competitive swimmer he plays a pivotal role in the community sports club. He is an alumnus of the esteemed Doon School and holds an MSc in business systems from Citi University, London. Anant is actively engaged on the board of SVP, Mediarun and is an active member of EO Delhi.

MARK MCGINLEY

MARK MCGINLEY– Chief Gaming Officer

Mark McGinley joined Ingenuity in May 2024 as our Chief Gaming Officer, bringing with him an impressive wealth of experience and a deep passion for the gaming industry.

With over 25 years in the gaming sector, Mark’s career is distinguished by his extensive work in both Video Gaming and iGaming. His journey in gaming can be divided into two significant phases. From 1996 to late 2012, he made his mark in the Video Games industry, contributing to renowned franchises such as Worms, Lemmings, Wipeout, Futurama, WRC Rally, and the iconic Grand Theft Auto series. In early 2013, he transitioned to the iGaming sector, where he has since played a pivotal role in developing and launching over 250 games. Mark has been instrumental in setting up and leading several award-winning game studios, showcasing his keen eye for detail and exceptional leadership skills.

Mark’s love for gaming extends beyond his professional endeavors; he enjoys both designing and playing games. His passion for creating immersive gaming experiences is matched by his enthusiasm for managing creative teams and nurturing talent within the industry.

Outside of his professional life, Mark is a devoted father to three children. He has a diverse range of interests, including Rugby League, where he supports Wakefield Trinity, and Football, with Liverpool FC being his favorite team. Mark is also an avid golfer, enjoying the sport with friends during his spare time. His hobbies include traveling, cooking, and exploring new cuisines. Mark is a fan of stand-up comedy, movies, Netflix, and music, and he relishes days spent at the beach, golfing, and visiting new casinos.

Mark McGinley embodies a blend of professional excellence and personal passions, making him a dynamic leader and a valued member of the Ingenuity team.

PAUL KIRUVANAYAGAM

Chief Technology Officer

PAUL KIRUVANAYAGAM – Chief Technology Officer

Paul Kiruvanayagam joins Ingenuity as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), bringing with him almost 30 years of experience in technology, development, consultancy, and leadership. With almost 2 decades dedicated to the iGaming industry, Paul is a seasoned expert in leveraging technology to drive innovation and operational excellence.

Having spent more than 10 years working on large scale consultancy and investment banking projects for the likes of Arm, Ocado, CitiGroup and UBS he joined OpenBet in 2007 leading the casino platform team. Paul played a pivotal role in the evolution of both the platform and company through the acquisitions by NYX and Scientific Games leading and transforming the iGaming technology team into what it is today – Light & Wonder.

Paul is an active member of his community serving as a School Governor at a local Christian school and responsible for Health & Safety and cyber-security. He is also part of the men’s leadership group at his church who serve the local community and organize events aimed at supporting men.

As CTO of Ingenuity, Paul aims to drive the company’s technological vision, ensuring the delivery of innovative, secure, and customer-centric solutions. He is committed to enhancing Ingenuity’s competitive edge by leveraging cutting-edge technologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

TERRY HOLLINGSHEAD

Commercial Director

TERRY HOLLINGSHEAD – Commercial Director

Terry Hollingshead joined Ingenuity in February 2024 as our Commercial Director. He has over 13 years of experience within the iGaming industry across a multitude of roles within Marketing & Commercial divisions. He started his journey as an Affiliate Manager in 2011 with Gamesys before joining Playtech as Head of Marketing in 2014, he then joined Buzz Bingo in 2017 as Head of Digital Marketing where he helped them launch and grow their dot com site to become one of the biggest bingo sites in the UK. In his most recent role at Begame Digital Ltd as Chief Marketing & Commercial Officer, he has led the business to an 8x growth over a nearly 4-year period.

As a father of young twin boys most of Terry’s time is taken up with various kids clubs, however when he does have some spare time he is a keen golfer, even if by his own admission he isn’t very good. He also loves most sports, especially football where he closely follows Queens Park Rangers.

ABISHEK SAWHNY

ABISHEK SAWHNY – Chief Financial Officer

Abishek is responsible for ensuring that Ingenuity makes all its decisions based on requisite information being available.

He is the gatekeeper for our EBITDA, provides strategic thinking and ensures that our MIS is accurate, reliable and relevant to not just represent the past, but help make decisions for the future.

Abishek comes with over 32 years of experience spread between the UK, US and India. Abishek has worked at the largest consulting firms where he has established processes for Microsoft in India and helped develop Toyota’s India entry strategy, been an entrepreneur as a B2B incubator, has bought, sold and been the CEO of a medical device manufacturer in US, CFO of companies in Analytics, Medical Devices manufacturing, biological regeneration of water bodies, foodgrain, garments etc He also brings with him a wealth of M&A experience.

ATUL BALI

Board Advisor

ATUL BALI – Board Advisor

Atul Bali leads the Ingenuity advisory board. He also serves as the Chairman of Instant Win Gaming, The Football Pools and the advisory board of Fincore Ltd. In addition he is the Lead Independent Director of Everi Holdings Inc (NYSE: EVRI) and Non-Executive Director of Rainbow Rare Earths plc (LSE:RRE). Previously he has served as the Chair of Meridianbet, Deputy Chair of Gaming Realms plc and Senior Advisor to Novomatic, following an executive career including divisional CEO roles with Real Networks, Aristocrat and GTECH (now IGT) and leading an investment firm.

Atul holds an honours degree in Law & Economics and is a Fellow of the ICAEW having qualified with KPMG in the UK. He also serves on the Board of Trustees of the Bush School, Seattle where he is currently Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee.

KHUSHPAL SHARMA

KHUSHPAL SHARMA – Head of Creative

Since joining the company at its inception, Khushpal has led the growth of Ingenuity’s Creative Studio. Khushpal has led and directed some of the most exciting game concepts for both land-based and online games.

Khushpal is an excellent team builder – fun, fast, and highly effective is the mantra he promotes as a mentor.His experience has allowed him to refine the creative process and is admired for producing impressive volumes of work with a minimal amount of resources.

Efficiency, creativity and zero-waste, his pillars in which he invests in his work, reflects his core beliefs and personality.

NITIN SINGLA

NITIN SINGLA – Head of Landbased

With over 2.5 decades of software development experience, Nitin brings diverse technology management capabilities, he Engineers our technology vision and translates it into actionable strategies for the company and our clients, advising them on their technology roadmap and vision.

He is responsible for the evolution of Quest, our proprietary online game development. Nitin is paramount in bringing efficiencies to our overall development process. He fosters an innovation culture in the company that encourages employees to think outside the box, challenge the status quo, and generate new ideas and solutions to provide unhindered growth & raise the quality of entertainment. He heads the land-based, Remote gaming Server, Sports betting, and Skill-based game technology Centre of excellence and delivery studio.

Narendra comes with over 2 decades of progressive and international work experience in Human Resources.

He has partnered successfully with global and India leadership teams to develop and deliver the HR agenda for high-growth organizations.

His expertise lies in driving people programs and initiatives which facilitate business goals and enhance people development. Over the years, He has led complex and long term HR interventions and developed strong consultative and collaborations skills.

His rich and varied work experience coupled with deep understanding of culture is poised to enrich organizational success through insightful perspectives and empathy-driven contributions.

PRAVESH SINGHAL – Head of Finance

Pravesh has over 25 years of multifacet experience and has been associated with Ingenuity since it was formed. He has been leading finance operations and strategy to ensure profitability, growth and compliance. Chartered accountant by qualification and rich experience gives him unique capability to engage across industries and advise on matters of financial compliance, accounting practices and reporting to various agencies.

He has kept his passion to upgrade himself and take on new challenges as opportunities to learn and grow. He lives in Delhi with his family and loves to interact with people and play badminton to keep himself fit.

VINEET TRIPATHI

VINEET TRIPATHI – Head of IT

Vineet heads IT at Ingenuity and is responsible for IT infrastructure and cloud management.

Vineet is a techno management leader with 20 years of experience in IT; worked on various roles and took multiple initiatives to implement new edge technologies in Ingenuity for operational efficiency and transparency.

He set up multiple ODC, streamlined IT and implemented various projects related to automation, security and cloud. He believes in using emerging technologies in an efficient way for organization growth.

He fostered a culture of continuous improvement, learning, mentorship in IT to keep the team ready for future challenges. With a deep understanding and technology mindset he always ensures that Ingenuity’s IT strategies can align with Organization business goals.
